The “M” behind the company name is founder, Michael Wright.

Michael has over 25 years experience (with over 12 years at Executive Level), in a world-leading Fortune 50 company.

In the corporate environment, he has successfully steered multiple business transformation programmes, new business start-ups, and Joint Ventures during his career to date.

He has worked as Director client-side, alongside some of the best Consulting groups in the world.

Further, he has studied Strategy Development and Analytical Thinking via an Executive programme at Stanford University, in California.

Through the “M” business, Michael now brings this expertise into a process that can help any firm to win in their markets. He was worked with all sizes of business…from sole traders, to business teams of over 1,000 people.
